By accessing fissureframe.bond or enrolling in any course or program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risks at our sole discretion.

3. Purchases and access

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for the stated access period. We may update course content to correct errors or improve clarity without prior notice.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window if under 10% of content is consumed. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order ID. We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet this policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not share your account or redistribute course content without written permission.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or copy protected materials.
  • Do not use our services for unlawful activities or harassment of any kind.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, videos, materials, and branding are owned by FissureFrame Pastry Institute or our licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific culinary outcomes, professional results, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
